A great location, great service.The staff is always there to help. But this is not a twenty four hour staff service.They have limited hours.They have no elevators, so expect to be going up a lot of stairs. There are small rooms, very boutique hotel

Fabulous stay here! Perfect location, room was spotless. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. Staff was so helpful with our questions, and helped arrange transportation for us. Charming little hotel. And did I mention location?? We walked everywhere and it was so nice to be right in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome!

Staff was helpful and incredibly friendly, especially Jose. He even helped me walking me to my bus stop when I had already checked out. The wine bottle in the room was a great touch!
