Hotel is beautiful. Team, specially Giorgia as reception as well concierge, is professional and was great help.
Spa was nice.
The beds are too soft and we could not sleep well. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. We went elsewhere on our second day. Shame. Almost zero water pressure in our shower, nightmare.

Highs: incredible property in the absolute best location. 10 Minutes walk from the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain etc. The hotel itself is stunning but the rooftop is something else. Recommend going up for a drink (not food - was overpriced and not great and I’ve eaten at a LOT of Michelin star / amazing restaurants). View of the rooftops in the city for sunset was special. I loved the sustainability focus but beyond the sustainability tour are the Roman baths. I’d go back again just for the baths alone. Incredible.
Obviously expensive and our room was very very small. Barely enough space for 2 people’s suitcases. Yes we didn’t have a suite, but still. It’s a 5 star hotel. Service was ok. The restaurant staff were amazing.
