Our stay at Palazzo Roma, Shedir Collection was absolutely wonderful. This hotel is a perfect combination of comfort, design, hospitality, and location.
Location
The location is outstanding. The hotel is situated right in the heart of historic Rome, on one of the most central streets. Almost all major landmarks are within comfortable walking distance (except the Vatican). Around the hotel you will find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops of different styles and levels, which makes the stay extremely convenient and enjoyable.
Design & Atmosphere
The hotel has a very unique and elegant design. With the abundance of beautiful artworks throughout the property, it almost feels like staying inside a small private museum. At the same time, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming rather than overwhelming. The designers achieved a rare balance: the interior is rich and artistic, yet it feels calm, cozy, and refined.
Rooms & Comfort
The rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great rest after a long day exploring Rome. Housekeeping service is outstanding — the room is cleaned multiple times a day, towels are refreshed frequently, and the attention to detail is clearly visible.

The level of service deserves special recognition.
Oliver, the manager, maintains excellent communication with guests and stays in contact via WhatsApp, ensuring everything is smooth and comfortable throughout the stay. His professionalism and kindness truly enhance the experience.
Breakfast Experience
Breakfast is a highlight of the hotel. Every dish is prepared with great care and beautifully presented — almost like in a fine dining restaurant. The pastries and desserts are especially remarkable: perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and incredibly delicious. The entire breakfast experience feels refined and thoughtfully curated.

Adding more power outlets in the room, near the bed would make it even better.
