What you’d expect from photos - basically nice premises, location
A bit hard to manage the entry and exit with keys, elevator often in use (5th floor), bathroom shower and toilet drain issues addressed but had to deal with), noisy outside with late night crowd.

"Situated in the center , with all facilities, near Spanish Steps. I enjoyed everything, especially the coffee machine in the room . Very clean and cosy . Definitely we will be back in December"
