The property was comfortable with an incredible location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and the metro which is easy to use. Carlotta is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us! Very grateful to her.
As a British person we like our morning cup of tea but there was only a shared kettle with no suitable cups for tea and no milk available. The person in the apartment above does not stop pacing the floor and you can hear them all day and night! The apartment requires two key codes rather than a key, one of them didn’t work and we had to call Carlotta out of hours to help us. She did assist immediately and we didn’t have to wait thankfully.

Clean & close to everything.
Few stairs to go upstairs. Had to take our heavy suitcases upstairs.

Close to busses, the Trevi, Spanish steps and more. I walked everywhere - to the Vatican City and Colosseum. Offered great toiletries, slippers, bed making service daily and responsive property manager. Pictures look exactly as what you get, also a little common area with couches and drinks which is nice.
Pillows were quite flat but that is a preference thing.
