Location is excellent! It was also clean and seems to have been recently modernized. It was very comfortable for a family of 5, and within walking distance to all major landmarks
The stairs at the entrance to go to the reception. But then there is a lift to upper floors.

The location, right in the center.
No water in the room, we arrived late at night because of our flight and all the stores were closed. We could only get water from the restaurant downstairs, at a very high price, of course. We were traveling with our 2 young children. Not many options for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the room was big enough for 4 adults comfortably! Fantastic location!
Everything was almost perfect however, no fault of the hotel but our power/electricity and water shut off the first day/night we arrived! So needless to say, it was a very hot night in a heat wave. It had something to do with the city and the hotel was dealing with it as quickly as they could. That evening, people came and were able to get the water back on and the next day, there was a whole crew working on the power until it was resolved! It was very nice coming back to a very cold air conditioned room!

The location was perfect The breakfast was great
The room was extremely small and seeing we were there for a week it could have been better. We had difficulty opening our suitcases and could only do so on the bed.
