The location was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It is also just a few minutes from the Trevi metro station, making it easy to explore Rome. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing.
We arrived late one evening and completed a self-check-in, which was straightforward and convenient. However, throughout our stay, we rarely saw any staff, so the property felt less personal than other places we stayed. The shower either had a leak or was not sealed properly, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor after each use. We also found that towels were changed less frequently than expected.

The room was spacious and very central for sight-seeing. We found a great hotel roof top bar directly opposite which we would highly recomend visiting. The old fashioned 'cage' type lift was quirky!
The accomodation are just rooms on a single floor within a block consisting of 5 floors. There is no other facilities available. At the very most we would rate this as a 3 star accomodation. Our room was located near the reception desk and next to a small lounge which the staff used. There was continuous talking and loud conversations between the staff directly outside the door to our room. We found that very disturbing from 7.30am. Not what you should expect when on holiday.
