The bed appeared to be a king and was comfortable. They supplied a top sheet which is unusual for Europe, but greatly appreciated! Bring your own washcloths. Best of all, the room was VERY clean! Although the shower was a bit small, it was the largest shower we have found in Europe. Extra large television. We were very pleased with this property and felt safe!

Although it is a fairly good size room, there is not much of a sitting area, just one chair.

Very clean and the AC was very helpful for the hot days of summer in Europe. Clean and modern feels.

Hard to say because we liked everything and zero complaints.

A little hard to find at first and they send digital keys which was bit hard to get our heads around at first but worked well after we figured it out. A bit of communication over load.

The B&B was in a pretty good location, close to everything

We booked a specific room type, but upon arrival we were given a completely different one. Just two days before our stay, the hotel informed us of an issue with the air conditioning and moved us to a different room with an alternative cooling system. I also paid an extra €50 for a welcome decoration, but all we received was a bottle of wine and a small red heart-shaped balloon. As an Italian, I know the value of wines, and the bottle certainly wasn’t worth anything close to €50. To make matters worse, the room was extremely small—we could barely fit inside comfortably. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not match what we had booked or paid for.
