The location was excellent. Walking distance to many attractions in Rome for site seeing, eating, shopping etc. Even though the road is quite busy, the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive when I saw them which was on checking in and checking out.
I only had one problem which was a bit of a nuisance was that the shower was missing a door which made it difficult to take a proper shower. At least the place was cleaned every day and towels changed.

We had an incredible stay and were so happy with the entire experience. Alexandra truly made it ten times better. She was incredibly helpful with everything, gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay!
Even after our long days and late nights, everything was always ready for us, the rooms were clean, and we felt very well taken care of. Her kindness and attention to detail made such a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! Location was also perfect, We will definitely be back.

Everything. It was so easy to get entry to the property. It was so clean and our bed and room was also cleaned everyday we came back from enjoying what Rome has to offer. The balcony was fab to listen to the streets and the hustle and bustle of Rome
Nothing !

The B&B was in a pretty good location, close to everything
We booked a specific room type, but upon arrival we were given a completely different one. Just two days before our stay, the hotel informed us of an issue with the air conditioning and moved us to a different room with an alternative cooling system.
I also paid an extra €50 for a welcome decoration, but all we received was a bottle of wine and a small red heart-shaped balloon. As an Italian, I know the value of wines, and the bottle certainly wasn’t worth anything close to €50.
To make matters worse, the room was extremely small—we could barely fit inside comfortably. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not match what we had booked or paid for.
