Amazing location, and all you need in the apartment to have a cozy and comfortable stay in Rome.
We had some issues with the hot water, but the landlord was very helpful and cleared the issues right away.

Location was only good thing about this property.
Did not get what we thought and the price was quite high. Last night in Rome and expected it would be much nicer. We did not know there would be multiple steps to room. Was difficult to manage with luggage. Traveling with family and sharing rooms. One room the shower had no privacy ( no curtain and could be seen from bedroom) and the other room the shower had a curtain but was in the room not in the bathroom. Very strange. And the pullout couch advertised was actually a pullout chair and very small. It was not made up and when asked for sheets was told it was not possible and we had to let them know in advance we wanted to use it. So figuring out where everyone could sleep was difficult with 2 parents and two adult siblings who were not comfortable in this environment.
