First of all, the property is out of this world. Gorgeous, up to date with all equipment. The location was breathe taking, right in the Spanish Steps. Lets talk about the staff, Emanuele, Paolo, Katy and Franco (the owner), the BEST staff. My brother arrived sick to Rome and they jumped into gear to get him a doctor to his room, checked on him everyday. Asked us if we needed help packing. They were amazing, i highly recommend this property. Also, one fun fact, the property was built back in 1503, ALOT of history. Worth every penny.

Our short stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive before and after arrival and everyone we encountered was incredibly warm. Check in and out was very easy and prompt assistance was provided at check out with bags and taxi to airport.

Everything was great They have the best communication and attention. They helped us to plan our visit not only in Roma but in Italy All the people working at the hotel are amazing. Shower and bed are very good The view is amazing Thank you for everything
