This is a small boutique hotel in an excellent location by the Spanish Steps .
You receive excellent communication after booking from Nicole and other team members.
It is a decent size room for Rome standards with a super comfortable bed and large oversized shower.
I can’t say enough good things about this accommodation.

In my opinion this was an apartment with service not a hotel. No place to leave the luggage, no reception, they forgot to put a new towel one day.. no toilet to use after check out
