Property is beautiful. We love staying around the Spanish steps as it is very convenient. Staff were very helpful and communicative! Thank you for the great service and experience. We would definitely be back!

The location of this property is outstanding - it's easy to get to by metro (Spagna) and only a short walk on a largely even surface (that really matters in Rome). Jesse also provided excellent video instructions on how to get there. In fact I should call out Jesse for amazing communication throughout. The building is lovely, on a very quiet street, small elevator (really only for moving bags), there is a doorman for much of the day. Lovely little reception area. I was able to check-in and my room was available early (around midday). Check-in times have a break for lunch (which is normaly on Italy) but the hours were more generous than other places. My room was large, with a king bed and good storage. Spacious modern bathroom with very good amenities (multiple towels, toiletries, hair dryer etc). Only minor issue was limited hooks or rails to hang towels. There is no breakfast but there is a great cafe downstairs which is open early with vast options. The room was quiet except for some minor construction noise of a morning (very minor and no doubt temporary). The most important thing is it's easy to walk to all the major attractions, Spagna square is on the doorstep, there are amazing restaurants nearby, the Villa Borghese Gardens are 2 mins away if you want some quiet green space, easy to walk to major attractions, many tour groups meet in Spagna.

There are no 'facilities' per se but that's not why you're in Rome. This is the perfect property for those who want to get out and about and enjoy this beautiful city.
