I have arrived at 3am and could self checkin without any problems. Instructions been clear with photos. Complementary bottle of water was lifesaver after long flight. Apartments in walking distance from all touristic places. Amenities are new, clean and comfortable

Great location! Great room, clean and comfortable, exactly as it's shown at the photos. Very good communication with the owner and very kind and helpful staff. Also, it was very important that we were able to store our luggage at the property before the check in and after the check out time. Thank you, we will be back for sure next time we visit Rome!
It wasn't really a problem, but I should note that the shower entrance might feel a bit tight if someone is overweight. The shower itself however feels spacious and always had hot water with very good water pressure.

Location is great and the system to get in the room is smooth.
The place is clean and the room was refreshed every day.
We had the chance to meet someone of the staff and was very kind.
The furniture and decorations are old and not all in very good conditions.
There is a bar at the ground floor with radio kiss kiss playing loud in the evening
