Its location was better than we could have asked for and in a very local area

Only thing was walls were very thin and you could hear the alarms of neighbors. Also see through door to section off bathroom

Gabriele was a wonderful and helpful host and had great recommendations. The room was comfortable and in a good location.

The shower was very small and a bit clostrophobic. The air conditioner wasn't the best so we did get very hot in the peak of summer.

location, location, location! The hotel is located conveniently close to Roma Termini, approximately a 10 min walk. This was great because we were able to arrive to that train station, and walk directly to our room without having to coordinate further transportation. The location is also central to many sites, the colosseum was very close and so was the pantheon. throughout our entire time here, we were able to comfortably walk to every single destination. I found that the room was very clean and so were the rest of the shared spaces. The host is very kind and provided us a map and a digital list of places he recommended for food and others. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped us with any questions we had.

During our stay, the AC did not work the way we had hoped/expected. I communicated this with the host and he was very kind about it, but told me it was not something that could be changed at this time due to it being a shared central AC system. I am a person who gets hot very easily, so this was very difficult for me when I was sleeping. We slept with the fan setting on, but it would only blow air from the outside. The weather was great for the most part, but on the hotter days, it was just difficult to cool down the room. I do not fault the host for this, it was just very unfortunate and made my stay just a little uncomfortable.

The location was amazing with really good restaurants right next door, staff was super kind and helpful

The bathroom water pump was a little loud at times
