Great location. Nice large rooms with AC.

Walls are very very thin, we could hear everything happening in the lobby.

This is the cutest B&B with such kind hosts! It’s super clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning is a life saver! The hosts are super responsive and sweet. They made sure I got in okay and showed me around when I got there. Being a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here. There is a shared kitchen area with a fridge, espresso machine, dishes, cups, etc which is such a nice addition. Location is also a 10/10 as it’s a 10 minute walk to both the Trevi fountain and the Colosseum, and there is a convenience store and pharmacy right below. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My only suggestions would be that it would be nice to have softer pillows and a comforter in the room. However, there were comforters available to use in the main area, just have to ask!

I loved the location! Very modern and clean. Great facilities. Had WiFi, and AC.

I loved the property. One downside was our AC went out in the middle of the night, but that happens.

The staff was friendly and stayed for my late check-in (around 9:30pm).

Our bed did not have a blanket, instead it was an extremely thin sheet. There was also a small stain. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the other guests coming or leaving. Also, we woke up to really loud construction and hammering which was unpleasant.
