Great location, room was big enough, it was clean
The fridge in the room didn’t really keep anything cool. But there’s a communal fridge that you can use.

The location of the property is great, it’s only about 20 minutes walk to the Roma Termini station and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Everything is clean and new, and the bathroom is massive. It’s got smart TV, a tiny fridge and a coffee maker (in the communal area), and honestly this feels like it could be better than some luxury hotels. The host is very friendly and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the property for free after check out, which helped us a lot during the trip.

The staff was friendly and stayed for my late check-in (around 9:30pm).
Our bed did not have a blanket, instead it was an extremely thin sheet. There was also a small stain. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the other guests coming or leaving. Also, we woke up to really loud construction and hammering which was unpleasant.
