Good location within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Excellent breakfast. Elisabetta is very kind. Clean and well maintained room
Access to the hotel is up a steep hill so those who may have difficulty should consider this. Although the breakfast is excellent, there is no refilling of items that run out. The cupboards in our room were not usable as they were filled with hotel maintenance items and boxes. The water flow is erratic and the water temperature is limited

Blocked drain in shower. Toilet cistern didn't always flush. Totally broken security door entrance to lift area. Air conditioning average. Could not find English speaking channel on television....
