Great location and the best bed I have ever slept in. Clean, serviced daily and good communication.
Room safe was just sitting on a shelf in the open. It wasn’t fixed down. We did put our valuables in it but thought if anyone wanted to pick it up and walk out with it they could.

Location is amazing , gentlemen who greeted us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend
As I travelled with my daughter it wasn’t a major issue but a shower in the bedroom could be off putting for some travellers

Top end of Rome - 5 mins to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Straight out into cafes, restaurants, shops. Taxis and Tourist bus stop very close in Piazza. Staff available 24/7. Very helpful. Room very comfortable at this price. Had access to microwave, iron, welcome coffee.
Be warned it was 3 flights of steps up - and staff did carry our cases up 🙏 Also note the instructions to access the hotel. It didn’t have the usual hotel front/reception and taxis can’t drop you at the door.

The location was fabulous.
It was initially hard to locate the property as there was no sign coming out onto the street to identify it. It was very small and basic. Plus the small fridge in our room didn’t work. However we could use the slightly lager communal one.
