The location is excellent, close to everything and within walking distance. It’s about a 5 to 6 minute walk to the train station and the Trevi Fountain, and the bus stop is almost right in front of the property.
The cleanliness was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
As is common in a historic building in Rome, there are stairs everywhere, including to reach the rooms, which can be a bit tiring at the end of the day.
The air conditioning wasn’t working very well, or perhaps it was simply too small for the room. During the summer, it didn’t cool the room enough. It was still better than being outside, but it could definitely be improved.

location is great for a trip to rome. close to everything and made getting around very easy.
The check in process was unprofessional. was messaged on whatsapp multiple times on a check in time with person on other end demanding an accurate time. our train got delayed then was sent multiple messages with self check in links which i was micromanaged to make sure were done then and there. this process was not efficient and left the start to out time here to be very unpleasant. would be a 10/10 otherwise. check in process of this place needs to be improved!

Great location and the best bed I have ever slept in. Clean, serviced daily and good communication.
Room safe was just sitting on a shelf in the open. It wasn’t fixed down. We did put our valuables in it but thought if anyone wanted to pick it up and walk out with it they could.

The location was fabulous.
It was initially hard to locate the property as there was no sign coming out onto the street to identify it. It was very small and basic. Plus the small fridge in our room didn’t work. However we could use the slightly lager communal one.
