It is my 3rd time and the property is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is excellent and convenient for seeing most of attraction by walking. Just amazing!
The staff. The situation changed- the guest house id now standalone unit and the staff is ineffective. You can not reach them before 2pm, you can not leave your baggage, you can not receive your invoice…you just do not have anybody there.

The staff is outstanding. Grace is organized and did a fantastic job checking us in. Sam was our favorite contact person. She was very helpful and friendly.- answered all of our questions clearly. She was absolutely delightful and we consider her our new friend. At the front desk Mauro, helped us with a medical emergency. We appreciated his attention to our time and need and treated us like family.
