Fantastic central location, very close to Roman Forum, Coliseum, many museums and other sights, along with lots of local restaurant selections. Room is comfortable, has elevator, in secure building and wonderful, very kind, informative hosts. Would definitely come back and stay here.
Didn't have a long enough stay! Outside delivery trucks, and people wandering around could be noisy at times, but it's Rome, and central to tourist areas with many restaurants, so it's fairly typical noise there.

The property was in a great neighborhood! Very cute! Everything was in walkable distance! Location felt safe! Very clean and perfect for the two of us. Patrizia, the host, was absolutely fantastic! So accommodating and very helpful! We helped us book out taxis for both days we traveled.

Clean, well-apportioned, walking distance to pretty much everything south/east of the river
Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was a little low, and the hot water wasn’t completely unlimited, but that’s to be expected in these types of buildings — not an inconvenience, no one wants to take a boiling hot shower after sweating all day anyway!

location was central to monuments.
photos where not as depicted on web site. description of rental process and space not as represented on site. bath shower was slippery when getting in and out and set up commodes where somewhat irregular.
