Wow everything!
Beautiful balcony overlooking the street, immaculate accommodation with fabulous facilities, lovely kitchen area that felt homely and there was ice in the freezer, milk in the fridge and fresh fruit available 24 hours. Carla made a real fuss of her guests, and we were fortunate enough to have the room with a balcony and jacuzzi and prosecco in the fridge for our anniversary.
Every morning Carla brought us a tray to the balcony with fresh juice, homemade croissants and cappuccino!
Nothing loved it all and would go again in a heartbeat.

Several minutes from Colliseum, 30 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go, whether South, North or West. Choice of many bars and restaurants nearby. Good Aircon and bed. Nice to have a balcony.
A bit more clarity on use of kitchen would help. We were nervous of using items in fridge in case they were personal to other rooms. However this is a small observation.

Historical building recently renovated, amazing rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator and espresso machines available, kitchen with all needed appliances and exceptional cleanliness. The property is very conveniently located within walking distance to Colosseum, Trajan’s Column, Altar of the Fatherland and Trevi Fountain. Also, there is a great variety of restaurants and convenience stores right outside the entrance door. Balconies overlooking the Cavour Street are a great plus.

Perfect location - 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and right in the heart of the Monti neighbourhood. The host was absolutely outstanding - warm, helpful and genuinely caring. Best hospitality we have experienced in years of travelling.
