The Cleanliness of the room & the free snacks , tea & coffee offered for free of charge.
The noise from other guests in the early morning , as it is not a hotel as expected by me , it is more like a big flate with many rooms in the same floor , in addition to very thin walls , every morning I wake up from children noise & chair movement & a very strange sound most of the time from the bathroom ! In addition , I checked out early morning at 8,30 am on my ladt day & left my lauggages , so I gave my room key to the housekeeping as there was nobidy in the reception as they are employees came at 9 am toll & pm ! Buf there are entrance keys to enter the builfing , the housekeeping insisted to take them & I preferred to keep them wigh me tkll I come back on 11 am , at the end I let them with me , then I received a message to bring the keys till 12pm although I checked out before the check out time! The housekeeping lady didn’t understand enhlish , she thought I will come back on 2 pm ! In addition the location of this pinciana is overrated on booking as I have to walk on a very high ascent road , & escalate all the spanish steps to go to the hotel , so It was very exhausting.

Early check-in was kindly facilitated, and the team contacted us days before our stay offering the option to send documents by email, which made the check-in process very quick and smooth.
Jason from reception was exceptional and incredibly helpful — special thanks to him for all the assistance during our stay.
The room was a very good size with the added bonus of two bathrooms. The AC worked well, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. The location near Villa Borghese was beautiful and convenient.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

receptionist position empty from 15:00 until next morning.
too many noises from reception, bell ringing ,phone ringing with nobody their to answer.
we booked from hotel airport transportation and was not at the airport to pick us up, had to call a few times for somebody to come to pick us up.
window lock of the room broken giving access to outsiders
