Clean, comfy, in the heart of Rome. Jansaya was very helpful & accomodating. I asked for recommendations where to eat & she’s quick to reply. Even asked to give us late check out because our flight is late at night. She gave us an hour extra & was able to leave our bags in the unit so we can still go around Rome. She made our stay memorable. Thank you. We will be back.

The property has a very convenient location, making it easy to reach the main attractions in Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
I honestly do not have anything negative to mention. Everything met my expectations.

Good location with easy access to metro, close to trevi fountain and good restaurants nearby. Large room. Elevator available for luggage.
Room was very knocked around which made it feel old and uncared for - chips in walls, paint missing and rust in bathroom. Bed was hard with what felt like a cheap mattress which caused you to roll into the middle. Wifi dropped out regularly.
