Great bathroom facilities, a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge in the room. The smart check-in/out at the main door was smooth, and the historic lift was a brilliant experience. However, I couldn't find an iron in the room and wasn't sure if ironing facilities were available. Note that the front desk attendant is only on-site until 1:00 PM.
It seemed the floor was overlooked during cleaning between check-in and checkout, possibly because past occupiers wore shoes inside. A thorough sweep and clean before new guests arrive is essential, particularly for those needing a clean surface for prayer.

Excellent location, small cosy room as to be expected in this location. Internal room so was quiet although no window to open for fresh air.

I was actually surprised to see how nice and clean this room was. The location is perfect and there is so many cool things to do near it. Staff were great as I was able to check in late with NO problems.
the only issue is the smell of mold in the bathroom other wise I have 0 complaints

The location was the only thing good, even though it was loud because of the location; it's on a busy street.
Unfortunately, we were not lucky on our stay at Eden because the shower pipes got clogged and water was all over the place (bathroom and bedroom). Toiletries available were only shower gel and shampoo, so I don't really get why the word "luxury" is on the name. Walls were not clean (see pictures attached).
