What impressed me the most was the excellent location near the Colosseum, which made it very easy to explore Rome on foot. I also appreciated how clean, comfortable, and well-organized the room was. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with Marco’s friendly and helpful support, really made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.🫡
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the great location and helpful host. It was a very pleasant stay overall. Every penny worth it. 😊

Very good host, location was very good, breakfast was good, help material was good.
the room was very claustrophobic, no real natural light in the room, The toilet and bathroom were very small, it was difficult to sit on the toilet due to the smallness of the bathroom/toilet room. The room walls were very thin, easily hear into the next door room, saying that there were no issues overnight with sleeping as most of the quests were very quiet over night.
