La Torre Guest House

Amazing building with original lift which was a highlight. Excellent location, central for all sights and to get to Termini station. Near to very good places to eat. Lovely staff. Great facilities. Very clean.

Easy to access and lift available at its on the 3rd floor. Good location but you will still need to walk to the sights or get the bus. The aircon was good an had a quiet setting for night that still kept the room cold.

There was no door on the bathroom. There was no milk for the tea/coffee.

Communication was great. Amenities were excellent

Good location near the city center and walking distance from Termini station and main attractions. Very clean rooms and clear self check-in process. It has an equipped kitchen if you want to cook or have your own meals there.

The bed was highly unconfortable. Old matress and paper thin pillows. On our last day, we tried to contact the staff (who is never in the premises) to check if we could leave our luggages there after chek-out and pick them up later so we wouldn't have to carry them around all day. Even though I tried by phone, Whatsapp and Booking message, I did not reveive any answer. They read the message and never responded. We had to carry our bags around after check-out, which would be fine if it was the policy, but we never knew as they were literraly impossible to contact with.
