    The hotel is in the middle of Rome's tourist attractions. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, thanks for helping me for my special needs. The hotel is very clean and well organized Breakfast continental, contain alot of choices, very good When I go back to Rome I will be there again of course Recommend ✔️

    Great location friendly staff our room had recently been renovated was beautiful and clean. The coffee shop in lobby was an added bonus and fantastic for morning coffee before heading out walking the amazing streets of Rome (that’s was so pretty at the Christmas time ) would definitely recommend and hope to return when we next visit Rome

    The check in was very chaotic. The staff was rude and slow. The rooms don't have basic things like kettle or tea. The water was charged in the room. There was a used soap in the bathroom sign of not cleaned properly before check in. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We could not sleep due to TV voice from next door. We were able to hear people on the street clearly. The beds are very hard which made the sleep uncomfortable. The curtains are stuck so no way to get sunlight in the room. Overall it was not worth the price

    This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities wete not that of a 4-star hotel. The hotel rooms seemed more like those a 3- or even 2-star hotel.. With a (much-needed) renovation, this could be a very good hotel.
