Spagna Luxury'n Trevi

The location was perfect! The bathroom very nice.

It was smaller than I expected from the photos, as they show the kitchen / dining area and you think that’s in your room.

The room was fine, room was clean, bathroom was very modern

Expected a hotel with lobby and reception when asked if we could check in early we were expecting to leave our luggage and return for the check in instead there is a lockbox with a key that will stay locked until the tourist tax is paid on a website. Make sure your phone has battery time left to deal with that. Ainie was very friendly and helpful which mitigated the negative start to our stay. Air-conditioning of the room was marginal at best. Location is great. Paying for the tourist tax upon booking would eliminate the frustration of standing in front of a locked door and trying to deal with a website payment first before getting the code for the key lockbox.

Excellent location; just a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to the Colosseum, and 5 minutes to Barberini Metro Station. There is also a 24/7 luggage storage facility just 1 minute away. I liked the bathroom; it looked modern and well renovated, especially considering that the building itself is old.

There is no lift, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. A mirror in the room would have been a nice addition.

Good location next to Trevi fountain.
