Our room was ready early so we check in early - Food and drinks were lovely especially the pancake maker - Location is brilliant, close to all, and is safe to walk around even at night - Hotel room was spacious and kept clean everyday

The rooms and bathrooms were big and comfortable, the location was perfect, and there were many options for breakfast.
The only problem was the AC, that didn’t work properly during the heatwave.

Restaurant staff during breakfast buffet were kind and attentive. Location was decent within 10 min walk of Trevi Fountain.
Elevator was so small - enough for four people and that’s a generous assessment. Front desk manager up sells you on unnecessary tour and on/off bus packages. Rooms are old and rugs are nasty - think of a 1inch plus carpet that hasn’t been cleaned for many years
