The location was perfect! We could get to pretty much anywhere, either walking or by taxi. The staff at the property went above and beyond to make out stay perfect, from getting our luggage to us, to the special cocktail perfectly prepared for me. They were outstanding and very kind. The bed was perfect!
Really wished there was more signage about how to use items at the hotel, shower, ac as those were disappointing at first as it was frustrating to make them work.

Restaurant staff during breakfast buffet were kind and attentive. Location was decent within 10 min walk of Trevi Fountain.
Elevator was so small - enough for four people and that’s a generous assessment. Front desk manager up sells you on unnecessary tour and on/off bus packages. Rooms are old and rugs are nasty - think of a 1inch plus carpet that hasn’t been cleaned for many years
