Location, separate sleeping area for 3rd person, size of bathroom
Fully appreciating this is an historic building, and we knew about the stairs (!), … the furnishings and use of space is a little dated.

Located in a fun district very close to a Metro, room was cosy, small but had all you needed and good for sleeping

Welcome water bottles in the mini fridge
AC unit worked well but was old.
View was ok, pic attached is from the bathroom.
STAIRS!! 4th floor and it seemed like the stairs would never end.
There was no air ventilation in the stair case area, it was awfully hot going up and down the stairs.
Shower facility was not great at all. Shower pressure was good but the facility itself is dated and needs to be updated. Shower was in the bathtub and not easy to get in and out of. Shower glass was only halfway which caused water from coming out.
There was another shower at the lower level which was even worse. Poor drainage.
No shampoo or body was provided. How can you not offer this to your guests? It is just as important as toilet paper.
Very dated, they need to invest some money to update the place.
The money charged for this facility is nowhere near what it should offer you.
Last day we were there swarm of ants were everywhere, all over the mini fridge and walls in the lower level which is like a living room area.
Will not stay here again.
