Location excellent, 5 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain
Air conditioning unit requires service and/or updating, along with being insufficient for size of room. Shower has poor water pressure

It was a great location! AC worked well, and there were clear check in instructions.
The climb up the stairs was loooong, and we didn’t quite realize how many flights there would be.

Great location and views.
The room was tiny with not a lot of space to put anything - There was only a few hangers to put clothes on a rail. Lots of the things in the room were in need of repair e.g. the soap cannister, the toilet brush, some of the tiles, the hairdryer. We were there for 5 nights and the towels weren't changed until the second from last day. The Internet wasn't working the host was responsive, got this sorted and gave us a small discount. However this took days to rectify and when it was working, the signal was poor and we ended up still having to use our phone as a hot spot. Many stairs up to the property but this is not a complaint as we were aware of this, but may not be feasible for older guests.
