Upon arrival we were greeted by Constantino who handled all our concerns perfectly and then we encountered Michela who personally handled our travel issues and was so concerned that we were happy. The rooftop deck was great also.

Close to trevi fountain, not far from Spanish steps. Shops and restaurants walking distance. Also Metro walking distance. Staff, very welcoming and friendly.
Iittle noise, but expected on a narrow alley . It Did not ruin our holiday .

Fantastic location.
Room was quite small and bar fridge also very small. Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss.

good location, walking distance to most sights, clean rooms
located along a dirty small street, can be noisy at night.
we were informed when we arrived that we couldn’t use the airconditioning because it was already middle of october. i was not made aware of this before i booked, and i particularly checked before booking that the room has airconditioning because that was a priority for us. It was not as cold as you expect rome to be in october this year 2022, so i find it unreasonable to not let the guest use airconditioning. not comfortable if we do not turn on the airconditioning.
