Fantastic location.
Room was quite small and bar fridge also very small. Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss.

Very clean rooms. The area was very quiet but still very close to all the historical sites. There is a large supermarket at the end of the street. The apartment has a small area for tea and coffee facilities and an outside courtyard area. The beds were super comfortable. I felt very safe being on the 1st level.
Reception hours are 8.30-4.30 however it didn't impact us.

I liked that the room was clean. Reception staff was wonderful and it was nice having the coffee and water station available to us.
The bathroom could use a small table for ladies to put their makeup bags, etc, on. Having that would be a huge improvement to the comfort of the room.

good location, walking distance to most sights, clean rooms
located along a dirty small street, can be noisy at night. we were informed when we arrived that we couldn’t use the airconditioning because it was already middle of october. i was not made aware of this before i booked, and i particularly checked before booking that the room has airconditioning because that was a priority for us. It was not as cold as you expect rome to be in october this year 2022, so i find it unreasonable to not let the guest use airconditioning. not comfortable if we do not turn on the airconditioning.
