Had a great time staying at the hotel. Spacious room for 2 adulrs and 1 child. Rooms are clean, very good location and staff were very cheerful and helpful. Wld apreciate it thougj if they can provide more pillows or change pillows to fluffier ones as the one they had was so thin. Overall, wld recommend.

All good except the funky layout of going up to 3rd floor then crossing over a bunch of stairs and then taking another elevator to the 5th floor. No A/C they said until May and Rome was warm. Has to keep windows open and it was noisy. Otherwise the location was great.

I was very shock that when enter the room ，cause room was actually totally not same with photo . Hotel was old 、and cleaness was teribble .becareful of “bedbug ”But location actually very good 、famous tourist attractions can go by walking. They given for 4th floor room for us 、for two girls with heavy lugage .this is too hard for us .need to take escalator to 3 rd floor &go out to another long corridor then just reach the lift up to our room.
