The location of the property was great, a 15 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, view from the room was lovely. Check in was simple and we were given clear steps on how to enter the property. Cold water was freely available at reception which was appreciated. There is an elevator to the third floor!
The room is very dated and is a real budget property. The toilet seat was broken and flush was very loud so you could hear people in the bathroom next door, the linen/towels were not refreshed during our four night stay and the room wasn’t serviced on one day. Room is fine if you are on a real budget and just want a good location.

This is located right on the Piazza overlooking a Bernini fountain. An amazing location that was central to all the attractions and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and the metro. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here.
Only a couple of downsides, one it took us a while to actually find it. We were looking for a hotel not a guesthouse. But after we found it we were very impressed.
The rooms were substantial and clean but we heard a lot of the conversations and activities in the adjoining room.

Great location, very close to pantheon, trevi, skalinata and borghese park! We were travelling with our 8 year old daughter and the games on tv were life saving for the times we needed to relax! Great view of piazza barberini! The people working there were wonderful and very helpful.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. A cleaning lady came every day to clean up the room.
We stayed for 2 nights. After booking we were already told that the a/c was broken, and therefore we were able to cancel the room with a fully refund or accept it with a compensation. It was kind that they mentioned it before our stay even started, so thank you for this! However, during our stay we didn’t have hot/warm water during our entire stay and last night we even didn’t have electricty the whole evening and night :( But luckily the manager agreed on a compensation. Thank you! :)
