Kind and helpful personal. Good location. Very big advantage, you can leave your bags in reception after checking out freely walk around the Rome.
Rooms are not new, there's no bathroom in the room just toilet.

Location and staff
There is no wifi connection in the room. I think the hotel cannot claim to have wifi when in reality it does not work. In our case the wifi did not work during our entire stay.
