A place with high potential
- location - availability of parking spaces - unique style of the house - good contact with the landlord
- quite worn off furniture / equipment - strange smell (frowst?) - chilly mornings + extra charge for additional bag of pellet (however we just used up the first bag that was free of charge) - microwave oven would be a great addition
