Excellent, cozy, warm and comfy. We would stay here again. ♥

Everything was very clean and in working condition. The beds were very comfy, there was heat so we didn't have any problems with temperature in the rooms. You have everything you need to cook and to enjoy a nice stay. The patio is very cute, you have a large umbrella in case it rains and you can still enjoy a drink in the rain. The parking is right on the property, next to the house, so no problem there. The host was very friendly and helpful, he waited for us to explain the ropes and hand us the keys. It was truly a great experience and we will surely stay here again if given the opportunity to visit Belgium again.

Ne m’a pas convenu

Accueil chaleureux, hote disponible, logement propre, bien équipé, proche du centre, parking privé

Logement très "parfumé" odeurs fortes et entêtantes dans chaque piece (diffuseurs + bougies parfumées + encens partout) Lumières extérieures au ras des baies vitrées de la chambre qui allument des veilleuses au plafond et éclairent toute la pièce, si vous aimez etre réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit c’est pour vous ! Pas de volet Des morceaux de doubles rideaux au sol pour s’essuyer les pieds Le message insultant de la propriétaire car j’ai osé une évaluation négative 🙁 👇 je répond à votre commentaire : j’étais en stage donc pas vraiment le temps et la disponibilité d’aller chez vous en rentrant à 20h pour régler des problèmes qui ne devraient pas être. Il me semble important de donner mon avis sur certains dysfonctionnements. Franchement où avez vous déjà vu des spots automatiques eclairant les baies vitrées ́d’une chambre pendant la nuit ?? S’essuyer les pieds sur des bouts de doubles rideaux avec des anneaux en guise de paillasson ?!! Des parfums entêtant et différents dans toutes les pièces ? Cela m’a indisposé, j’ai été réveillée plusieurs fois par l’éclairage, la chambre était glaciale et la couverture du lit empestait un parfum écœurant. Tout le monde n’est pas fan de ce genre de choses. On est libre de ne pas apprécier, on est client je vous le rappelle. Vous n’avez pas à m’insulter message en privé et à me demander avec insistance de changer mon évaluation car vous pensez "mériter autre chose". Pour la télécommande, c’etait à mon arrivée, j’ai frappé chez vous pendant plus de 10mn sous la pluie avant qu’on vienne ouvrir, cela n’engage pas à y retourner. Donc désolé que cela baisse votre note mais j’ai laissé des commentaires positifs et c’est mon droit de dire pourquoi votre logement ne m’a pas convenu sur certains points.

Mooi, gezellig huisje vlakbij het Zoniënwoud

Vriendelijke host, vlakbij het Zoniënwoud om mooie fiets- en wandeltochten te maken! 2 ruime tweepersoonsbedden (Eentje ervan is een uitklapzetel maar zeker comfortabel). Auto kan weg van het straat geparkeerd worden. Alles aanwezig en heel proper!

leuk huisje waar alles aanwezig is en zeer leuk ingericht. 15 min lopen en je bent in het centrum. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug als we daar in de buurt iets te doen hebben . Top Top Top

« Comme à la maison, version studio »

Accueil, propreté et optimisation des m2 en un studio très confortable. Tout y est! L’endroit est calme avec du parking et bien clôturé au niveau sécurité. Tout proche du centre de Waterloo, de l’accès à l’autoroute ou même du sud de BXL.

Petit cocon idéal aux portes de Bruxelles, parfait pour être au calme et découvrir la capitale.

L'accueil très souriant de l'hôte, la facilité d'accès, l'espace sécurisé pour la voiture. Le logement qui est très chaleureux, propre, lumineux, très bien aménagé. Nous étions 4 dans le logement et nous n'avons jamais ressenti que nous étions à l'étroit même avec le canapé en mode couchage. La proximité d'une supérette à 3 minutes à pied est un vrai petit plus.

Le seul point négatif, l'éloignement de la capital mais c'était notre choix.
