In the heart of Cardiff City Centre

Location is excellent near the arcades, shopping, Castle, museums. It was also quiet. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery etc. Bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

The carpet in the bedroom was not clean. There were large stains on the couch. The washing machine doesn’t work, and the spin cycle is broken. Lack of information about how to work the heating system, the appliances, garbage and recycling. Communication from the owner or property manager was prompt but minimal and lacking in hospitality - not friendly. The owner/manager had to move us to a different suite than original booking (which was ok) however, when I inquired about the price, I was told the price was lower and to make up for this, they would include free parking. However, my original booking also included free parking. When I asked for clarification and explained this showing proof of my original booking, the response was “ignore it”. They did not offer us the cheaper price for the replacement suite and this poor customer service left a negative impression. Photos include images with the stains on the sofa and dirty wall in kitchen. Carpet in the bedroom were also dirty, but no photos to show this.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable.
