Excellent stay, apartment was clean and conveniently close to what we needed

It was nice and clean, it was a five minute walk away from restaurants, we’re Muslims so it was nice to be close to halal restaurants. buses were close by to get into central or you could walk.

Apt was spotless. Clare was so helpful and accommodating

Nobody's fault but we only had 1 little fan in the 30 degree heat. Shower head was broken and so weak.

Cool pad in the heart of Cardiff.

It's a great lovely remodelled apartment with every convenience,

The location was in a neighborhood where litter was everywhere. I wasn't sure how safe it was to walk at night.

Perfect simple and convenient city centre apartmen

Just like in the pictures - clean, nicely finished, simple, and plenty of space for our group. The dealt with Claire, who was responsive, thoughtful, and courteous. Digital parking permit was super useful.

Great spot for city break

Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easily walkable from city centre.

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and well appointed - would stay here again.

Bed was very soft (just a personal preference). Bathroom window needs to be replaced - could see fresh air at the bottom of the closure and a gale blew in - must be causing the heating to trigger and keep coming on which is a waste and costs the landlord more money! Outside the street is a real mess of litter - and this is not the landlord's fault, but it's a real shame as it does devalue the property and makes it less attractive to stay there.

Exceptional

Book it for my mum and it was very good and friendly service. The property was perfectly ready and clean. There was everything she needs. It was easy to make changes when we realised it needs to be longer. The cleaning was regular every week. There were very good instructions sent to me before our stay. Claire was very helpful and 5 star service. Thank you!

we had the attic, so compact and served the purpose for a couple of nights

to many stairs for me as I was disabled 🙃 the bathroom toilet a little hard to use for me. An ok experience

Highly recommend for couple or families to stay

Location even not walking distance to city center but with bus stop nearby. There are restaurants and Tesco Express. Response of staff is quick to assist. Kitchen is with everything you need. Coffee capsule, powder, tea bag, oil, dishes are also there and clean. Sufficient supply of toilet papers, towels and kept well and clean. Very spacious bedrooms.

Wifi is weak at the beginning but it was fixed in 2 days.

I rented the top floor ( loft) during the heat wave which was not a wise decision and the fan was not so strong, but felt flat’s below were comfortable.

Great location in a well-equipped, secure flat - would definitely stay again.

Great location, very quiet, plenty of space to park (permit supplied) and only 10 minutes into the main shopping street. The whole flat is nicely decorated, and features a clean, well-stocked kitchen, two generously sized bedrooms plus lounge.

We had a few technical problems that were never solved, with equipment either broken or not functioning well - no TV signal and no wifi outside the two bedrooms.

Great location but near a railways line and can be noisy!

The location is fantastic- 10 minute walk from Queen Street with all the restaurants, bars, etc. the actual apartment is big enough for 4 people for sure - neat and tidy.

- railway line right behind 1 bedroom. trains run until midnight -Road outside other bedroom. bin men come early on a Thursday! -very, very thin walls and floors! Could hear our neighbours on floor above talking. Then stomping around and dragging/dropping things around 2am for at least an hour! It was awful. Hardly any sleep.
