Great Liverpool Location!

The place was very spacious for cater for 11 women. Where the place is located its not far from the city centre with a 15 miniet taxi drive depending on traffic. The cost overall was reasonable for the place it was well decorated and painted throughout. The keycode didnt end up being the correct keycode so we panicked a little but however we was assisted straight away about this to be able to get into the premises. We was supplied with towls and full bedding on all beds as well. There was a spare 2 x airbeds for us to be able to use as well which was really handy.

There was a few broken items we came across, one was the oval mirror in the front downstairs bedroom which beause I arrived later myself and was trying to find a mirror we came across a broken mirror frame. The lamp in the dinning/living room area didnt work and there wasnt any bedside lamps that worked for us to use in the might. The carpet and flooring we had to wear socks and slippers beause we did end up with dirty feet. I dont think the sofa bed was comfy to sleep on we did end up having to use the spare airbeds so thankfully we had these two spare beause a few of us couldnt fit into the double beds sharing either but understand that these have been catered for the space being a converted 5 bedroom middle terrace.

Having five bedrooms was great as our group of 9 could be together socialising. Free parking was a bonus. The house was absolutely fine and ideal for us.

The property itself was perfect for our group of 10 celebrating a 40th birthday. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were spotless and spacious – everything we needed. The owner went above and beyond, decorating with balloons and banners for our arrival, which was a lovely touch. There are lots of takeaways nearby, and a shop within great walking distance, which made things even more convenient. I’d definitely recommend it if you don’t mind taking a taxi into the centre and back. I’d stay here again without question!
