Great space and location. Host is unavailable and property is not cleaned properly.

Great space and close to the center

Host was unreachable, never replied to my messages, wifi didn’t work and they didn’t reply to us throughout our stay, towels, toilet seats and the floor were dirty.

It was really good value for money, nice, clean and new :)

Nice clean and new facilities, two en-suite bathrooms, good tvs.

There was no hair dryer and also there was no information as to what tea, coffee type stuff was available, which would have helped to know in advance.

A poor choice in Liverpool

Quiet, modern and spacious apartment, Good wifi; Working lift, Great location if you have a car but otherwise the nearest grocery store is over 1 km away - same distance to the train station.

Poorly maintained : Squeaky and (very) uncomfortable mattress ; Bedroom and washroom doors can not be fully closed in the door frames; Bed size (double) is ridiculously small for the size of the room; Sterile walls/no decorations; No hair dryer Poorly re-supplies : No instant coffee left, no laundry soap (but plenty of dishwasher soap) Poorly equipped kitchen : No oven mitts; no scissors; no frying pan cover; no hand paper towel; no basic condiments (salt/pepper); a single wine glass available; no hand soap dispenser Poorly managed: Owner (L3 Apartments) failed to provide access codes before our arrival. We had to call, email, message them.

Exceptional property and stay!

Last minute booking! The property is just beautiful the interior design is just great. Modern, clean and done really well. The bedrooms, bathrooms and and kitchen is exceptional! Bed is sooooo comfortable!! Location is really great, a short walk to town! Check in was easy and everything clearly explained. I will be coming back:-)

There was no internet connection when I arrived. When contacting the person in charge I was told that it was reported and they were waiting for someone to respond. I never heard anything again. It was a short stay so I was happy to use my mobile. However, on a longer stay I would of struggled as I was working and needed the Wi-Fi. Further updates would of been helpful. Communual areas out side the property need a bit of attention as looked up kept. A vacuum would do it and a mop for the lift!

Perfect apartment for a short stay

Great flat with plenty of space. Location was great, a 15 minute walk to the Liverpool Empire Theatre. The washing machine wasn’t working upon arrival but was replaced within a few days quickly by the maintenance team!

The bedroom doors didn’t quite close as one was too big for the frame and couldn’t fully close and the other was too small and didn’t stay closed.

Beautiful spacious apartment with all mod cons. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfy.

No air con. Place was extremely warm. Upright fans in both bedrooms but we were out for the evening and heat was very uncomfortable when we returned. Could use milk and water to go with tea/coffee as no shops nearby.

Really clean, and all facilities you need are in the apartment for a short stay.

Toilet roll holder was broken. It was sooooooo warm in the room, even with the windows open. Perhaps a couple of fans available for the warmer nights would be a plus.

Good option for Anfield events

Well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Well located for Anfield and Lime Street station. Not too far to walk into the city. Quiet. Good communication from the hosts and clear instructions for self check-in.

A couple of busy roads to cross to get into the city centre. Visited for the Bruce Springsteen concert so prices for accommodation across the whole city were significantly higher than usual, making it not great value for money but better value than many other places. A couple of small hairs on the walls of the shower, and a hole in the towel so attention to detail could be a little bit better. Would have preferred larger, refillable soap and shower gel containers rather than small bottles to minimise waste.

A great affordable place to stay

The property was modern, spacious and very clean. It is a lot bigger than a hotel room and has all the necessary appliances - from toaster to iron and hair dryer. The water pressure is really good as well. It is cheaper than regular hotels in the area. The location was convenient for us - it’s about half an hour walk from Anfireld stadium and 15 min walk to the train station. Check in process is very easy.

Perfect place for a couple and everything you need inside.

The property was in an absolutely perfect location, just under a mile away from the city centre and also less than a mile from the docks. Perfect set up in the studio for a weekend away for a couple, everything you could need. We also felt very secure with passcodes and locks to get in to the building.

Our only complaints about the place was that there was a slight fishy smell about the place that we just could not seem to get rid of, not sure what it was. And our other critique was that the roller blinds were not blackout, which was a problem as the street lights (front of the building) were shining through the window brightly, also early in the morning the sun came strongly through.

Very bad experience

In fact, it was a very bad stay and we were worried throughout the four days that we stayed in the apartment, as it was not up to the required standard and the location of the building was not safe. My friend was exposed to three suspicious-looking people near the building and they started shouting at my friend. I contacted the booking website about the incident and asked them to cancel our reservation for the next two days. They in turn contacted the property owner and asked for an amount of £138 in exchange for the cancellation. He said that he asked us to pay a deposit of £50 to him directly without The amount we paid to Booking.com and when we left the building, an amount of £20 was deducted from our security deposit, knowing that we left the apartment as it was clean.

Perfect property

This accommodation was booked very last minute as we had been let down by our prebooked apartment. Carl was really helpful and processed our booking and our payment ultra quick so we had somewhere safe to stay. It worked in our favour. The apartment was spotless, brand new, well equipped and really comfortable. It's secure and in a fairly quiet area but still within walking distance of Anfield.

My only comment would be that there wasn't a correctly sized sheet on the bed. It was a single laid on the top of the double mattress protector so couldn't be tucked in.

Locatia este foarte aproape de centru. Am fost pentru a 3-a oara in Liverpool si aceasta locatia a fost cea mai ok, intr-un bloc nou. Calduroasa, confortabila. De tinut minte pentru urmatoarea vizita.

Formidable. J'y reviendrai si possible.

La proximité avec le centre-ville (on peut y aller à pied), des commerces (Lidl, Sainsbury, etc.), des transports avec des arrêts bus à moins de 30 mètres.

Il faudrait peut être penser à remplacer les stores par des rideaux plus épais pour mieux faire l'obscurité dans les chambres et réduire la luminosité la nuit.
