Everything was good, the location was very dirty.

It was easy to access the room. Room was comfy and the kitchen had everything you would need. Everything is within walking distance.

The location is very dirty, and I am not sure if it's safe at all. The room was cold, and the heater was a bit noisy, and the radiator had to be turned on every two hours. It was full of rubbish.

Clean, well stocked appartment in a central location

It was in a very good location and an easy walk to Lime Street too. Facilities are great and I actually preferred the in person checking. The sms help was great and checkout was easy. I will be staying here again instead of a traditional hotel.

Disappointing and uncomfortable

Spacious and clean with good cooking facilities

Beds were really uncomfortable with worn out mattresses and a broken room heater. Location is fairly close to centre but surroundings very ugly. Owners didn’t respond to my attempt to give feedback direct

OK, nice decorated apartment with all the basics we needed.

All in all, the apartment was nice to stay in and not too far from the centre. In the period we were staying it was quiet.

The building was in construction, from the outside It looked like nobody was living in it. It's in an industrial street.

Adequate accommodation for a couple of nights with no frills.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice towels and bedding. Uncomplicated communication with host.

The surrounding area was very run down and there was a lot of litter. To be honest, it all looked a bit dodgy outside but there was on street parking, which is rare.

Safer & cleaner than an air bnb but hosting needs improvement

There were no cooking knives. We asked for some to be provided on our first night. We were there for a week & we’re still not provided with them. Very poor wifi connections. No hoover in room.

Ok but could have been better

Just advised they left the keys in the unlocked room, easy to find. Emailed details about how to access the building with plenty of notice. The room size was good. The kitchenette was well equipped. Bathroom was clean. Area was quiet.

The beds were immensely uncomfortable. The mattresses clearly need replaced. The room was dusty. I had to wipe down the dining table before we sat to eat. There was no lamp in the room so the only option was to have all 3 of the ceiling lights on at the same time. The option of a lamp would improve things a lot. There was an alarm in the entrance hall that was going off for the entirety of our stay. Whilst we could not hear it from our room it was annoying. The area where the apartments are located looks like a desolate waste land. There are demolished buildings all around. We were unsure where the apartment entrance and building actually was because the buildings around it were either non existent or in a state of disrepair.

well equipped, friendly and helpful staff good value for money

Beds need replacing. No support, bowed in the middle. extremely uncomfortable. l complained after 1st night due to extremely uncomfortable and warn out mattress, next morning l was offered alternative room, however the beds were no better. Offered a 3rd room which had a double bed which turned out to be slightly better.

Nice, clean room with a very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and nice amenities provided.

When I entered the room, it was clean, well-prepared and smelled nice, adding to the overall experience. The bed was also extremely comfy and had a majestic night's sleep, especially with how many pillows were provided.

Not worth the money wish we had stayed somewhere else

Least comfortable bed I have ever slept in. May as well have been lying on springs. Was meant to include a washing machine and when we asked the host about it we didn’t get a response.

Avoid this property

Do not book this property, it is on a run down neighbourhood, which I did not feel comfortable in as a solo female traveller. The rooms appear to be converted student accomodation, although I can think of many examples of halls of residence that are more comfortable. The photos of the advertisement do not match the state of the room, which are drab, unclean and in disrepair. I arrived to notice hand print on the wall, lipstick on thr bathroom, toilet holders hanging off the wall - the bed mattresses were very old. I couldn't bring myself to lift the sheets and immediately booked into the local travelodge, which felt like a five star hotel in comparison.

Superb

Everything was great. We came to attend academy for PLAB 2. It was around 20 minutes walk and cab would take 5 pounds. The apartment was warm quiet and had a great sunset view. The Host is super helpful. Only con- room didn't have a wardrobe but otherwise it was superb.

The alarm would go off randomly. It happened around 6-7 times in total of 24 days The room should have had a wardrobe

It had everything we needed. Clean and spacious shower. tv with Netflix and YouTube. many busses for the city centre close by
