Perfect for overnight pit stops like our stay!

We stopped in Liverpool overnight and added an extra day/night on to our Liverpool stay as we were travelling further south, All staff were absolutely amazing! Anything we needed the staff were there to provide us! Very friendly welcome from fellow staff members, we will definitely be back! Parking was great. Shops near by, very clean.

I don’t think there was anything negative to say about this apartment, possibly the noise levels were a little bit more than expected could hear others up and down stairs etc… but do you hear that in your own flat? Most likely.. I know we do at home… nothing to improve/ dislike about the property as said w WILL be back!

I wouldn’t stay here again and considered leaving after one night.

Location - The apartment was very noisy and wasn’t very clean either. Both TVs in the bedrooms don’t work. The apartment was right next to a very busy main road. The walls were thin as we heard noise from other people staying on both nights which kept us up including the television.

Everything! Convenient location, super comfy beds, fabulously sized rooms and Carol who checked us in was incredible. My friend and I discussed how exceptional customer service like hers is very rare to come by these days.

Not good value for money due to apartment cleanliness and water issues.

Really comfy beds, great location and apartment was spacious. Night time staff were lovely.

For the money the apartment was unclean, floor was sticky and dust in corners. The windowsills had paint breaking off and mouldy in corners. The water was turned off at 10am despite the checkout being 10:30, this created an awful smell in the apartment also.

I loved that it was an old cinema ! It was clean and our penthouse was easy to access with a toddler in a pram . Great onsite parking too Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble The kitchen area in our penthouse was great for the baby with food and snacks . Great for parking ..

The bed frame was broken, which exposed nails, however this didn’t pose a problem to the pull out bed .

Good value , however room 108 needs a bit of updating

check in and out, reception staff day and nite very helpful. Walking 10mins to the restaurants and sainsburys, a spar shop and Petrol station next door 25 mins walk to anfield, 20 mins to City opposite ways

room 108 squeeky floors, you could not go to the WC at nite, without waking up your partner. the terrace needs powerwash The double bed mattress is past its sell by date, was told the floor is due to be replaced

Great place to stay if your visiting Liverpool football stadium for a match or just visiting Liverpool in general. 3 adults and 2 kids stayed and facilities and location are superb Highly recommended as second time staying.

The floorboards were really really squeaky. I heard every movement of the flat above. Not impressed when they retuned back at 2am then walked around for over an hour. Same within our appartment. The sofa was rather old and shabby The fridge didn’t have shelves

Great location .. not much else

Nothing worked ! TV did not work Washing machine /dryer broken. Needed to wash and machine did not work, would not drain and I could not unlock the door. Admit staff were helpful in trying to help but little they could do. Floors felt greasy under our feet.

Misleading and disappointing stay. No parking as promised, the room was in poor condition, and the evening staff were ru

Very disappointed with my stay. First, the booking clearly showed that parking was available, but when I arrived, there was none. I had to waste time and money finding parking elsewhere. The room was also not good — poorly maintained and far below the standard shown in the photos. To make things worse, the evening staff were unhelpful and behaved rudely when I raised these concerns, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, this apartment did not deliver what was promised, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The listing needs to be updated so guests are not misled.

Good, Squeaky floor boards

Very spacious, Good facilities Security was very helpful in the evening to help find parking. The lady in the morning was lovely. Had to park in sainsburys due to lack of parking.

Lack of parking Very squeaky floor boards with every step. Alot of noise from others. However, it states its meant to be quiet. Left over packets of sweets and popcorn in the cupboard The pots were dirty and broken, which was disappointing. The corners of the floors were abit dusty and marks on the mirrors.

Best Booking Ever!

Everything! Has great personality all aspects!! Enjoyed our time that much we forgot to take pics! Gutted... Time to get the next stay booked and get them gorgeous pics!!

No hairdryer that I could find anyway haha! But that's minor in this world.
