The Space:

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for up to sixteen guests. There are four bedrooms, three with two double beds and the other with a small double bed. Each bedroom is complete with a luxury en-suite bathroom with heated flooring. You'll find plenty of fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable.



There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a large, comfortable sofa accompanied by a flat-screen TV with an Xbox One games console and streaming services. The dining room features a large table that converts effortlessly into a pool table and ping pong table, offering guests a space for meals and post-dinner entertainment and competition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use inside the apartment.

PARKING

Parking is available for free for 1 car in our private carpark, in addition there is paid street parking right outside the property.



CHECK-OUT

Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom



SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

Being so centrally located, the space has very good transport links and is just a 5 minute walk to Lime Street train station. Travel to and from the apartment can be done with ease from just about any location across Liverpool.

As the apartment is on the second floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach it.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
