Spacious apartment in a great location for the centre of Lille

Great location and spacious apartment

No hand towels or a full length mirror. No welcome pack offering information about Lille, places to visit, eat etc. Not enough chairs in living room - just the sofa bed that sat three. Light fittings in kitchen area are far too low and too near the cupboards. Whenever yo were at the sink or near the fridge and moved, kept banging our heads on the shades and banging the shades on the cupboard doors too.

The flat is very centrally located for both the Eurostar station and La Vieux Ville. Despite the road outside being a main road the property was very quiet, light and airy kitchen/living space and had a good size balcony. We arrived earlier than expected and the concierge service were very friendly and helpful.

Perfecte locatie, maar gebrekkig appartement.

De locatie is perfect en privé parking. Conciergerie reageert snel op berichten, dat is fijn. Alle codes voor sleutels en deuren zijn ruim op tijd gegeven.

Slecht onderhoud. Vloerbekleding ligt los, stopcontact uit de muur, wc-rolhouder los, bad kan niet gebruikt worden ivm lekkage, keukenkasten missen handvat, glazen lampen hangen voor de kastdeuren, bedden doorgezakt.

L’emplacement proche centre Et l’agencement de l’appartement était très bien.

Les sols pas propres ,les lustres de la cuisine très sales et qui sont placés juste devant les placards de cuisine !!!! manque de jeu de clés lorsque nous sommes 5 … serviettes de bains une par personne c’est un peu juste .. bc de placards cuisine pour très peu d’ustensiles… vérifier aussi les poêles elles étaient très très abîmées .. et le matera du canapé sale et abîmé..mettres des vrais bols pour le petit déjeuner pas des ramequins..🫣

Appartement très propre et bien positionné

Bien positionné et garage pratique. L’appartement était très propre: cela se voit que la femme de ménage a tout bien nettoyé, même si nous n’avons pu prendre la clef qu’à 15:15 au lieu de 15:00. Appartement spacieux et bien éclairée.

1) La serrure de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement est défectueuse de sorte qu’elle se ferme uniquement en fermant à clef. Or cela a été un problème lors de notre séjour, car nous étions à 3 adultes et 2 enfants, mais une seule clef. Nous voulions sortir en couple le soir et laisser le 3eme adulte dormir avec les enfants, mais cela ne fonctionnait pas: - si le couple prenait la clef avec, il fallait alors enfermer les autres à clef les empêchant malheureusement ainsi de sortir en cas de problème, - et si le 3eme adulte avec les enfants gardaient la clef, alors il fallait que le couple les réveille la nuit pour pouvoir entrer dans l’appartement 2) La pièce de séjour est un salon/cuisine ouvert avec un canapé pouvant faire office de canapé-lit. Mais la fenêtre de la cuisine n’a pas de rideau ni de stores. Et la fenêtre du salon n’a pas de stores. Donc le matin la clarté nous réveillait malheureusement très tôt. Le propriétaire pourrait au moins mettre un rideau dans la fenêtre de la cuisine, si déjà le salon est supposé pouvoir faire office de chambre.

Cela reste la plus mauvaise expérience que j’ai eu lors d’un séjour jusqu’à maintenant, pourtant nous voyons beaucoup. C

L’emplacement

À notre arrivée, il y avait un problème de serrure, la porte ne fermait pas, quelqu’un s’est déplacé pour réparer la porte et nous avons été bloqué à l’extérieur sans possibilité de rentrer dans l’appartement. Conciergerie injoignable après 23 heures. Nous n’avons pas pu résoudre le problème jusqu’au lendemain midi. La conciergerie estime que pour eux cela n’est pas problématique. Ceci est inacceptable de laisser une famille avec un nourrisson dans une situation pareille ! Par ailleurs, le ménage reste à désirer avec un seul qui colle , et noir. Le ménage n’était clairement pas fait à ce niveau. À éviter à tout prix !

Bel appartement mais bruyant

Ce qui nous a plus c'est l'emplacement, l'appartement est lumineux et bien équipé et la place de parking très pratique pour tout faire à pieds ensuite en centre ville. Par contre, mauvaise expérience le 1er soir, très bruyant à cause du voisin qui faisait une soirée étudiante, pas de limites, vomi dans l'ascenseur qui est tombé en panne, détritus devant l'entrée de l'immeuble et mon mari a dû intervenir pour que nous puissions dormir quelques heures ....bref faire du locatif à côté d'étudiants ce n'est pas l'idéal ! Même si ce n'est pas vraiment la faute du propriétaire nous en avons bien conscience...

Zalig genoten van onze korte citytrip.

Het appartement was zeer licht en ruim met twee mooie gelijkwaardige kamers en fijne moderne inrichting. De ligging was perfect met aan de ene kant de twee stations Lille Europe en Lille Flanders op korte loopafstand en aan de andere kant het centrum, eveneens op loopafstand. En niet te versmaden, de super goede bakkerij Mamatte in de buurt. Alhoewel het appartement centraal gelegen is hebben wij genoten van een rustige omgeving zodat onze slaap niet verstoord kon worden. Alles was daarenboven kraaknet en de keuken degelijk maar sober uitgerust.

Achterstallig onderhoud, ‘s nachts veel herrie op straat. Verhuurteam is er echt niet voor de tourist.

Op loopafstand van het historische centrum van Lille

Aan drukke weg, veel nachtelijk lawaai. Aan andere kant park, met groepen jongeren. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Antheunisstraat Afvoer in keuken verstopt, water liep uit keukenkastje. Direct gemeld. Of we het zelf even wilden repareren. Er kwam niemand die avond. En svp de keuken dan niet gebruiken! Bedbank zit beroerd. Verder nog 1 stoel. In omschrijving staat dat er een mooie openhaard is. Is er helemaal niet.
