Excellent villa, will definitely choose this if we come to Lille.

Bigg disappointment.

Location, parking, Property size, Water pressure, Property liaison manager

Dirty and dusty throughout. Broken floor joists on 1st floor landing, dirty ovens, stained floors/sofas/curtains/shower-curtains, clogged kitchen sinks/bathroom wash basins, broken and leaking shower heads, filthy bath plugs/sink plugs, black ants in the kitchen, spiders in bedrooms, no ventilation, no batteries in remotes, broken remotes, non-working bulbs in the hanging chandelier, broken coffee maker, dirty broken toaster, food left by previous tenants, temperamental wifi, no wifi on first and second floor, no views, can't insist how filthy toilets were. Nothing in the property was functioning as expected.Contacted booking.com for assistance, but no feedback yet. Biggest disappointment. Need money back.

The quality of the appartement was definitely in conflict with what promised to us by Booking.com.

1. The toilet in the last room on the second floor did not flush. 2. The remote control for opening the Velux windows in one of the rooms (without other windows) on the second floor was not working. 3. the shower in one of the rooms on the second floor is not working 4. food leftovers from earlier rentals are not cleaned up (we found pieces of old bread in one of the kitchen drawers 5. there is only parking space for 1 car, which is of course not sufficient for 6 persons arriving by car. 6. the curtain rail in one of the bedrooms on the second floor is broken and blocking the window while trying to open it. 7. we found an old Christmas tree in the house which is very unusual in May 8. we did get no answer from the host during our stay after notifying the above

Très bien hors mis ces désagréments!

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un événement nous permettant de loger une bonne partie de la famille venant de Bretagne de Normandie et de Toulouse! Petit déjeuner parfait puisque nous nous en sommes occupés nous mêmes ! Nous y avons cuisiné le soir mais les ustensiles comme les poêles étaient quand même « en fin de vie » Nous avons apprécié l’espace Nous avons occupé toutes les chambres. Les enfants et les adultes ont profité du baby foot

Pas de WC au rez de chaussée! Les problèmes d’évacuation d’eau 1- de l’évier et du lave vaisselle ( retour dans l’évier) 2- et d’une douche d’une chambre du deuxième étage complètement bouchée Rien pour faire le ménage 🧹 ….

Pour 2 nuits dans un cadre professionnel, c'était bien.

Le nombre de chambres avec chacune une salle de bain. La cuisine. Le parking pour une voiture.

Nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter au Wifi (le réseau envoyé par mail n'apparaissait pas dans les propositions). La propreté approximative des stores, des fenêtres (beaucoup de toiles d'araignées). La maison est dans l'ensemble assez sombre.
