L'emplacement.
Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas correctement : il était totalement hors service et le congélateur produisait seulement un léger froid. J'ai signalé le problème immédiatement au numéro qui m'avait été communiqué, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse durant tout le week-end. En l'absence d'assistance ou de solution, nous n'avons pas pu conserver correctement nos aliments. Le logement possède un seul toilette ce qui est juste.

Situation en plein cœur dd ville, calme car au 3e étage, ascenseur, spacieux.
Absence de lave linge, absence de rideaux occultants.

Très spacieux. La propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions et apporte des solutions. En plein centre de Lille.
Le robinet de l’évier de cuisine cassé., mais c’est un détail et cela peut être rapidement réparé par les propriétaires 😉
