Good space, large rooms, nice and light. Very central. Good communication with owner. Lots of fans, bedding etc. Good to have washing machine. Good to have bath and shower. We had a lovely stay here.
Minor issues. Lots of little things need fixing/updating. Outdoor space and door to outside. Light on hallway kept tripping the fuse. Drainage in the bathrooms was a slight issue. Extractor fan unit really thick with grease.

Minor point but there's no lift for this property making it a bit of a challenge with the push chair.

Bien situé en plein coeur du vieux Lille
A notre arrivée, la porte était ouverte, la personne chargée de l'entretien quelque part dans l'immeuble, nous avons dû contacter le gestionnaire pour récupérer les clés. Le ménage était mal/pas fait, cimetière de moustiques sur les murs, tartre sur tous les robinets, eau qui s'écoulait lentement, cheveux dans la douche... Un grand coup de propre est nécessaire. Prestation pas à la hauteur du standing mis en avant par le gestionnaire.
