Very good

We love the size of this apartment. We are a family of 5 and everyone sleep well. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The double beds are 140 cm in width. The kicthen is well equipped. You can cook lunch and dinner and have breakfast in the apartment. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets, very practical for family. Free parking can be found easily near the apartment.

Occasional mosquitoes in the summer. Can be a bit noisy when cars are circulating.

La taille de l'appartement, emplacement pratique avec le métro, très propre. Communication avant séjour.

Confusion de code de la boite à clef donc attente pour une solution devant la porte un peu longue et sans intervention physique. Chauffage pas en route, première nuit assez fraiche.. un peu de bruit de la route sur le côté route, lits un peu petits.

Je vous avais demandé de baisser le prix et je souhaitais louer la maison pour trois semaines. Malheureusement, vous n'avez pas été d'une grande aide. Merci.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques manquements

L'emplacement proche des transports en commun, l'insonorisation ainsi que la qualité de la literie.

L'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage avec des escaliers étroits et assez raides. L'équipement ménager est incomplet : 1 tasse à café pour 6, pas de bol, pas de grille-pain, pas de capsules pour le lave-vaisselle et couverts en nombre limité. Pas d'intimité, il manque des stores brise-vue sur les 3 fenêtres donnant sur la rue.

Appartement lumineux, les volumes suffisants pour 5 personnes. L´emplacement à proximité des transports en commun sans avoir à prendre le véhicule . Réactivité du personnel .

A éviter vu les problèmes d'égout

Les chambres et la literie sont confortables. Il y a un étage ( duplex). Il y a 2 salles de bains ( quand une n'est pas condamnée...)

Des serviettes sales ( appartenant aux clients précédents) sont restées au sol dans la salle de bains (qui est plutôt petite ) tout le weekend. La conciergerie n'a pas jugé bon de venir les chercher. La propreté était limite ( poussière). Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas du tout ( on a dû tout relaver). Il manquait un bol, des verres, pour que les 6 personnes puissent manger. Le salon m'a semblé plus étroit que sur la photo. Il n'y avait pas de rideau au niveau du salon ( vis à vis et courant d'air en hiver) Mais le pire a été une très forte odeur d'égout/ fosse septique dans la salle de bains du bas, suivi d'une " remontée" dans la douche avec impossibilité d'utiliser cette douche et même d'entrer dans la salle de bains vu l'odeur. La conciergerie, prévenue, n'a rien fait pour nous dédommager.

L acces rapide et facile pour visiter la ville. L électroménager neuf. La souplesse de notre hôte ( horaires, nous avons pu recevoir notre famille pour diner lors de notre séjour..)
