Good location with shops, restaurants and metro station all close by. About a 30 minute walk to Lille centre. Nice spacious apartment with roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good communication from the conciergerie, they resolved a problem with the internet promptly. Parking on the street was free 19:00-9:00, and you could also get 1 free hour during the day. We found an unrestricted space about 10 minutes walk away too.
It's on a main road which was less busy than I expected, but was still a bit noisy overnight. Facilities could have been a little more generous; we had to buy washing up cloths, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper.

L'emplacement proche des transports en commun, l'insonorisation ainsi que la qualité de la literie.
L'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage avec des escaliers étroits et assez raides. L'équipement ménager est incomplet : 1 tasse à café pour 6, pas de bol, pas de grille-pain, pas de capsules pour le lave-vaisselle et couverts en nombre limité. Pas d'intimité, il manque des stores brise-vue sur les 3 fenêtres donnant sur la rue.
