Excellent stay with outstanding service—highly recommend, 10/10!

We had an amazing weekend in Lille! The conciergerie service was top-notch—very responsive and quick to solve any issues. When a small leak occurred at our first location, they immediately moved us to an even better apartment, closer to the city center.

We couldn’t stay long in the first place due to the leak, which was a bit unfortunate. But everything was handled so efficiently that it wasn’t really a problem.

Separate w/c was two flights down from top bedroom. The apartment was cold in the evenings. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and on permanently.

L’emplacement de ce triplex est idéal pour se balader dans Lille. Il est également assez grand pour 6 personnes

L’appartement manque cruellement de soin! Il est beau en photo mais une fois sur place on remarque que plein de chose ne vont pas et que les réparation ne sont pas fait par des professionnels. Clous qui sortent du plancher, fils électriques à nu, lave vaisselle non encastré qui tombe dés qu’on l’ouvre, store d’une des chambres cassés et j’en passe. Les photos parlent d’elles-même

Locatie was zeer goed, 15 minuten stappen en je bent in het centrum. Ruim appartement. Er is een parkeerplek inbegrepen, is zeker een pluspunt.

Verwarming wordt pas aangezet in de winter waardoor het er koud was. Ook een zeer storend lawaai van de verluchting op de kamers.

Een thuis weg van huis

Grote woning. Heel veel kastruimte en ruime kamers. Als een tweede huis! De straat is zeer rustig maar ligt op een kleine wandeling naar het centrum. We waren blij met de kleine basics die vaak ontbreken (er was shampoo, peper, zout, voldoende toiletpapier en wat koffie cups). We hebben geen buren gehoord. Er is een vaatwasser en wasmachine, dus dit appartement zou ook erg geschikt zijn voor een wat langer verblijf. Goed en snel contact vanuit de conciërge bij vragen!

Alleen Franse tv zenders, maar via YouTube en onze eigen Chromecast wel wat kunnen kijken ‘s avonds. Aantal lichten stuk, maar dat was voor ons echt geen probleem. Als tip zou ik wat recente info over Lille neerleggen. Bijvoorbeeld een kaartje van het toeristen info punt.

Appartement pour dormir tranquille , la proximité de la boulangerie qui offre des bons produits pour les inconditionnels

L emplacement est parfait. Restaurants variés et excellents .Boulangerie avec des bonnes viennoiseries , jus d orange , confiture a 2 pas . Pas très loin à pieds de la grande place …l appartement est propre ! La chambre principale est grande et confortable. Cuisine ok , Le séjour est correct et sympa ! L ensemble commun n est pas très grand mais c est bien pensé et pratique pour un séjour . L appartement est plutôt très calme pas de bruit de voisinage intérieur comme extérieur…les escaliers à l intérieur sont raides mais ça fait partie du charme de cet appartement !

Malheureusement un lavabo bouché ! Un autre qui s écoule mal ! Une odeur prégnante sur le premier étage au niveau des chambres et sdb . Pas de toilettes sur le palier au premier ! Les rideaux au premier de la petite chambre ne sont pas occultant ce qui a beaucoup gêné l occupant !Des escaliers dans les communs pour accéder à l appartement situé au deuxième sont étroits et pentus et sales ! Les communs auraient bien besoin d être rénovés ! Porte d accès sur l extérieur ouverture difficile!

Belle découverte !

Bel appartement équipé avec très bonne literie et à 15 min à pied du centre et 10 min de la Citadelle. Très contente d avoir découvert cette très belle ville et les Lillois sont vraiment sympathiques et respectueux.

Un bon point de chute pour visiter Lille entre amis

L’intérieur est bien aménagé - à 4 il y avait l’espace nécessaire et de quoi passer une nuit avec tout ce qu’il faut. Proche du centre c’est un bon point de départ pour visiter Lille.

Le hall d’entrée est à remettre en état ; malgré le petit chauffage électrique mis à fond, nous avons eu froid. Le coût du parking dans la rue est prohibitif !

Grosse déception !

La situation géographique, proximité du vieux Lille

Parties communes vieillissantes, mal entretenues. Escaliers très escarpés. Chauffage non fonctionnel 17° dans le séjour. Nous avons eu vraiment très froid.pas agréable du tout. Des couvertures supplémentaires dans les chambres auraient été bienvenues. Le radiateur de la chambre du haut était décroché du mur. Installation douteuse. Le feu de cheminée présent n'a même pas permis de chauffer la pièce puisque rien n était mis à disposition pour l allumer pas de petits bois journaux ou allume feux. Fuite lave vaisselle et cafetière pour couronner le tout.
