The location was wonderful: a few minutes from a trail along the river, and 10 minutes away from Le Vieux Lille. The living room was spacious and had a lot of light. Quiet spot, breat views from the windows. Friendly neighborhood.
But there were two flights of very narrow stairs, and the bathroom of one of the rooms was not practical: slippery tub, no good way to get into it. There was no hot water - lukewarm at best. Parking was expensive on the street. The closest public parking that was reasonable in price was not very close or easy to access. Not a good choice if you are traveling with young kids, elderly people, or people with reduced mobility. Not ideal with large suitcases (like we had).

Excellent location, all the best shopping streets and restaurants 5 mins walk away. Ideal to discover the city like us for the first time . Great size apartment for our family of 5
The only inconvenience would be the stairs up to the apartment with luggage . Be ready for a little climb . This is typical in old Lillois homes , charming but not for anyone with trouble with stairs

L’emplacement de ce triplex est idéal pour se balader dans Lille. Il est également assez grand pour 6 personnes
L’appartement manque cruellement de soin! Il est beau en photo mais une fois sur place on remarque que plein de chose ne vont pas et que les réparation ne sont pas fait par des professionnels. Clous qui sortent du plancher, fils électriques à nu, lave vaisselle non encastré qui tombe dés qu’on l’ouvre, store d’une des chambres cassés et j’en passe. Les photos parlent d’elles-même
