The location was perfect and the view from the room was beautiful. There was lots of space for 2 friends travelling and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was very comfortable.

The location is outstanding! Minutes to loads of restaurants, bakeries, and lovely shops! The apartments are extremely well-appointed. We stayed 3 nights and cups, plates, knives and the Nespresso machine all came super handy! The hairdryer is decent and the linen, towels and pillows are all good quality. Staff were super helpful and very quick to answer my questions- thank you Marnie!

At a push, I'd say having to take the rubbish down to the rubbish room at the end of our stay.

Great location, interior design and attention to details. Kudos to Marine for managing our situation nicely and professionally.

Maybe the cleaning could be a bit more thorough especially the entrance which is shared with the restaurant. Nothing major though.

Broken A/C but close to good food. Charged my CC extra 10% they offered for lack of AC. BAD

The space was unique and a bit unusual (lamps with switches were very weird - not my style) but had the kitchenette we needed to keep our food cold and make a quick coffee in the morning. Maple pillows, extra blanket (too hot but nice touch), and extra towels for the bath was really nice to have. Very accommodating and supportive manager when we communicated the A/C was not working and he brought a fan for us. Really appreciated it.

No A/C - it was broken and water started to leak through the ceiling in the bathroom. Really, really needed the A/C to be working. It was super hot here and difficult to sleep. They charged my credit card AFTER I offered a better review for them. NOT OK. If you want a good review then do the work - fix the AC before I check-in if possible. Inside and entryway was not clean when we checked in. Really disappointing that you felt the need to offer a 10% discount for NO AC and then took it back? Not cool at all.

Excellent well furnished, spacious and comfortable

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortably furnished, air conditioned and in a good location.

This is just a minor matter- two of us stayed 3 nights (ie 4 days) but we were only provided with 4 nespresso coffee pods. So, one cup a day for just one person? We didn’t raise this as it was too minor to make a fuss about.

Location was perfect, clean and comfortable

Prices across Lille were ramped up to a crazy level so I guess competitive with the competition, just not somewhere I’d normally have paid £560 for two nights though had to after being gazumped on my AirBnb at the last minute. I get it, but not worth that price for a total of 13 hours use.

Great location for the yearly Lille Markets. Excellent eateries close by too.

With a family coming and going - sometimes not together - we only had one key. But also - the morning we left - my husband left to get a coffee and couldn’t get back in with the key. We had to go down to let him in. We worried about if we had all left together if we could of got back in that morning or would we have been stuck outside. It might of been something from the night before / restaurant next door closing up who changed something - but just a note for you to know for next time. 😌

Great location, excellent hosts, overall a good stay

The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the grand place and in the old part of town. The beds were every comfy and the room was lovely and dark at night with thick curtains and quiet too. We had a problem with the shower and the hosts were very attentive, responding quickly and the very kind owner was there within 20 minutes to come and fix it. The suite felt safe and the public areas were nice too.

There was a bit of a fusty smell in the room and I think it could do with a really good deep clean. There was mould in the shower area for example and around the screen and I thought it looked as though the floors and wooden areas could do with a steam clean. The toilet seat was loose and the lamps were a little dusty. I get the impression they do not have much time between change overs and perhaps do what they need to do to turn it around. It was fine, perfect for a few nights, those little bits just niggled me a bit.

Perfect location, calm and spacious base for the historic centre of Lille

The location is perfect to explore the very picturesque historic centre of Lille with delicious restaurants, bars and bakeries nearby. But is still extremely calm and the bedroom is at the rear of the building. The apartment is spacious and ingenious with clean, contemporary decoration. Great alternative to a hotel. Secure underground carpark 2 minutes walk away.

The shower was a little complicated to use with buttons to press instead of taps to turn. We would have liked to have a little vacuum cleaner and special request - eggcups!
