Lovely apartment

Looked great on the surface. Easy walk to anywhere you'd want to go including Eurostar.

We expected it to have 3 en suites; technically true, kind of. The mezzanine has a partitioned shower but the curtains between the bedroom and living room don't meet so you have to be careful (also means the sun shines on you in bed), the toilet is en suite to another bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a glass partitioned shower and no toilet. The stairs are not safe- cannot believe there is a high chair as it is not a child safe apartment. But the issue for us was the noise- the bars below are open until 3 am, if you are a night owl or have earplugs you will be ok but otherwise it is likely not the place for you.

Good location in Lille, easy check in, spacious apartment.

Privacy is a little awkward. You can see someone in the upstairs shower while sitting on the couch… We put a blanket up so you couldn’t see as much. It’s okay because we are family and when someone in that room had to shower or get changed, everyone just looked away.. Some areas have low roofs, I’m about 170cm tall and had to duck in some bathroom/bedroom areas.

Location, right in the old town, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Vibe of the apartment- very cool decor and furniture as per the photos. Felt very homely and well equipped. Apartment set within an old building..so naturally had old building charm with some quirky details, that some may find not perfect…but for us we appreciate most of them but worth a mention for info. Heaters were good (as we like to be warm). Beautiful wooden floors. Shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer towels and toilet roll provided bonus as travelled light, good linen and towels. Coffee pods provided. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Perfect for a close family enough room for us all. Good WiFi.

No smart TV. Visiting from UK with children very limited French, we travel alot and have come to expect the ability to log into Netflix / prime video. We expected prime video due to the apartment/ amenities description. Some furniture items had seen better days, sofa was damaged on arm, bedside table in one of the upstairs rooms was broken. Big stain on the carpet upstairs- not deal breakers but was just a shame as the apartment was so nice. Railings of the stairs not consistent at the bottom, a little dangerous for the children. I think needs to mention suitable for children age 10+ for this reason. Children were also able to open windows easily without restriction, could fall easily to the street without supervision. Just some health and safety considerations for parents travelling with small children. Didn’t like that there was no basin for handwashing in the downstairs toilet, close to kitchen sink but not ideal. Again not a deal breaker as upstairs toilet in one of the bedrooms. Some loud music on Saturday night from the local bars but this was in the previews so was expected and not a deal breaker for us..didn’t stop us sleeping. Was quiet on Sunday and Monday night. Centre of town so have to expect some noise.

Un logement mal entretenu et surtout un service de conciergerie défaillant qui a transformé un simple séjour en vraie si

Impossible d’accéder au logement à 23h car la porte de l’immeuble était verrouillée. Service de conciergerie très difficile à joindre en urgence, privilégiant les messages plutôt qu’un appel malgré la situation critique. Solutions proposées totalement inadaptées (sonner chez tous les voisins à 23h ou accepter de se faire reloger ailleurs alors que toutes nos affairées étaient dans l’appartement et que nous devions prendre un train à 6h30. Attitude agressive et peu professionnelle lors des échanges, sans réelle volonté d’aider ou de comprendre les contraintes. Appartement non conforme au descriptif, avec un niveau de propreté et de vétusté décevant.

1- Si vous aimez la tranquillité, ce n'est pas fait pour vous. Énormément de bruit dû aux bars en dessous jusqu'à 3h du matin (on a l'impression d'être avec eux) 2- Les rideaux des chambres étaient fortement abîmés 3- Dépôt de garantie de 700€ en virtuel et non en mains propres

La chambre en mezzanine mériterait des rideaux occultants et un lavabo en lieu et place d'un lave mains que l'on trouve en règle générale dans des toilettes. La seconde chambre à l'étage ne dispose pas de rangements pour les effets personnels. Et l'escalier est un peu dangereux.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre logement au mois de février et souhaitons vous faire part de notre expérience mitigée. Nous avons apprécié la décoration et l'emplacement du logement. Néanmoins nous avons été très déçus concernant la cheminée, visible sur les photos avec un feu allumé, était inutilisable. Cela a créé une déception, car nous avions choisi ce logement en partie pour cet équipement. Le système de chauffage était défaillant. Les radiateurs s'éteignaient régulièrement, ce qui a entraîné un inconfort thermique important, surtout au mois de février. Un lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, ce qui a causé des problèmes d'évacuation de l'eau. L'isolation sonore du logement était insuffisante. Nous étions fortement perturbés par les bruits extérieurs (ramassage des ordures, circulation automobile). Nous avons essayé de vous contacter par mail et par téléphone, sans succès. Un message vocal urgent a été nécessaire pour obtenir une réponse. Nous sommes déçus de ces problèmes, qui ont considérablement affecté notre séjour
